ABOUT ELIF

Istanbul – December 2021 Elif has achieved "the Zero Waste" Certificate by the Istanbul Governorship Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change.

We believe in the necessity of adopting sustainability to have a more livable world for today and in the future. Therefore we give importance to the efficient use and recovery of the resources. With the “Zero Waste” Project, Elif placed seperated waste bins at various points within the company to contribute to the sorting and recycling of waste.

The Zero Waste Regulation has published on 12.07.2019, for the effective management of raw materials and natural resources and sustainable development principles. It is aimed to establish a Zero Waste Management System that is focused protecting the environment and human health and all resources in the waste management processes.

With our support to "Zero Waste" project, we are pleased to contribute to increase the awareness of recycling waste within our company. Thus we provide benefits to the circular economy by preventing waste and reducing the use of resources.

Sustainability is part of our DNA. Our packaging reaches millions of people all around the world every day, helping to create a “Sustainable Packaging for Life”.  We will continue to carry out practices that will ensure the zeroing the waste or including them in the cycle, for a sustainable future.
